Health Variety - Health Columns - Life watch Health shopping Preeti Mehra
There seems to be even more life being injected into Lifespring, the chain of health and beauty stores, even since Dr Morepen recently acquired it. In fact, it appears to be going more the health way and as part of celebrating the stores second anniversary, a string of events and promotions have been continuing for the whole month at its six outlets in the Capital. Apart from the fact that the chain offers a special gift for anyone who walks in, even if he or she does not buy, what attracts consumer attention are workshops and sessions with health experts that have been taking place at the stores from time to time. Lifespring customers have had exercise routines with Dr Neeru Dhingra, health advisory sessions with Dr Vijay M. Kaul, meetings with Vinod Kapila, a specialist in health foods, drinks and low calorie mocktails and weight management tips from food and nutrition expert, Ishe Khosla. It has added a health bar that serves mocktails and has lined its shelves with ready-to-eat low calorie snacks, including slimming chocolates, candies and health beverages. It has also started stocking an international range of lifestyle healthcare devices. In fact, the birthday bash is to culminate in a health and beauty carnival.
