SBI Cards for globetrotters
SBI Cards has announced the launch of SBI International Card and SBI Global Card for global travellers.
These cards will have global acceptance, offer global security features, account access on the Internet and e-statements. The cards will be accepted at 20 million outlets worldwide.
SBI International Gold Card has a joining fee of Rs 300 and an annual fee of Rs 1,500. The eligibility levels are Rs 2,25,000 for the salaried class; Rs 1,50,000 for the self-employed; and Rs 2,25,000 for retired persons/pensioners. An SBI International Classic Card is also being offered with lower eligibility limits. -- BL Research Bureau
