Chemplast Sanmar: Limited upside

THE buyback offer from the promoters of Chemplast Sanmar will not lead to an uptrend in the stock price.

The offer price represents only a marginal premium to the ruling market price. Therefore, while the stock price may rule firm, there is limited scope for further upside to the stock price. - BL Research Bureau
