Mandatory licensing for MNCs mulled
KOLKATA: Use of compulsory licensing could be one of the ways to slow down the onslaught of multinationals in a scenario dominated by WTO norms. This was stated here by Dr Sugata Marjit, economist, at a seminar on intellectual property rights.
