NEW DELHI, Aug. 10

HARYANA State Industrial Development Corporation (HSIDC) has decided on a second round of auction of plots in its Industrial Model Township (IMT) of Maneswar. The auction will be held in Delhi during the third week of August.

``Though IMT Maneswar is quite a developed township, the plots in the proposed IMT towers is a greenfield project with a gestation period of three to five years,'' said Mr Harbakhsh Singh, Managing Director of HSIDC.

One of the most attractive features of the proposed complex is that it will provide freedom to the buyers to construct and customise his buildings as per his wish without changing the basic architectural elements, Mr Singh said.

``We are also trying to ensure uninterrupted 24-hour power supply,'' he said.

According to Mr Singh, IMT Maneswar has already attracted a large number of renowned industrial houses, multinational and foreign-based companies, namely, Honda Motorcycles and Scooters, Denso Haryana, Norcool, Suzuki, Motorola, Mitsubishi Electricals et c, while 906 industrial plots of various sizes have already been allotted.
