Foreign Trade
WTO, Russia and India
This refers to `Russia's WTO entry: US signals support' (Business line, August 3). Perhaps, it may be only a question of time before Russia enters the WTO. To analyse the potential of exports to China, as well as the threat posed by Chinese competition t o Indian exports, the Department of Commerce is to commission two ``Panels to go into India-China trade gamut'' (Business line, August 3).

Information Technology
Unfair recruitment practices
