Takes over as DCA Secretary
NEW DELHI: Mr Vinod Kumar Dhall, a 1966 batch IAS officer, has taken over as the Secretary, Department of Company Affairs (DCA).
He succeeds Mr V. Govindarajan, who has since been transferred as Secretary, Industrial Policy and Promotion (IPP). -- Our Bureau
