SAIL, NTPC in jt venture
MUMBAI: Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has informed BSE that it has transferred two of its captive power plants at Rourkela and Durgapur Steel Plants to its subsidiary, SAIL Power Supply Company Ltd (SPSCL).
SAIL on Friday signed a Share Acquisition and Shareholders' Agreement with National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd for transfer of its 50 per cent stake in SPSCL and also to regulate their future relationship as shareholders and joint venture partners. _
