Allahabad Bank net up at Rs 41 cr

MUMBAI: State-run lender Allahabad Bank has reported 20.41 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 41.58 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2010.

The net profit stood at Rs 34.53 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, Allahabad Bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

During the quarter, total income increased to Rs 311.30 crore from Rs 244.72 crore. PTI
