Record quantity of pet coke unloaded at Tuticorin port

A record quantity of 24,550 tonnes of pet coke was unloaded at Tuticorin port in a single day (January 20) from the vessel MV Iris sky surpassing the previous record of 19,500 tonnes unloaded on March 18, 2009, according to a port release.

The port's crane was used for unloading the cargo, the release adds.
