XL Tele allots equity shares at premium

Hyderabad, Dec. 11

XL Telecom and Energy Ltd has allotted 1.34 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 150 a share to Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) I Limited, on conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs). Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the company has been increased from 2.26 crore equity shares to 2.27 crore shares of Rs 10 each, a BSE notice said. — Our Bureau
