Special court to hear Satyam case

Mumbai, Aug 12

A Special Court will be established at the Hyderabad High Court forhearing the Satyam Computer fraud case, said Mr Salman Khurshid, Minister for Corporate Affairs. The Government has filed charges against seven persons in the case, he said. ``The investigation is virtually over. The final report from the Serious Fraud Investigation Office will be out soon,'' Mr Khurshid told reporters on the sidelines of a function organised by the All India Association of Industries. - Our Bureau
