Cambridge net profit rises

Cambridge Solutions Ltd has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 16.1 crore on revenues of Rs 364.48 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 compared to a net profit of Rs 7.4 crore on revenues of Rs 77.50 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. BPO operations accounted for 72.3 per cent of the revenues while IT operations contributed the rest. The top ten clients contributed 38 per cent of Cambridge's revenuesThe company expects similar top line in second quarter due to revenue seasonality of its Australian BPO and is projecting a 15 per cent growth in its profit after tax.
