DSK Developers eyeing Hyderabad

DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd, the Pune-based housing construction company, is eyeing Hyderabad for its first township venture.

The Chairman and Managing Director, Mr D.S. Kulkarni, told presspersons here on Friday that the company had begun the exercise of scouting for land in the city for a major housing project.

"We are prepared to invest anywhere between Rs 150-Rs 200 crore in the Hyderabad township venture. We are looking out for a land of around 100 acres," Mr Kulkarni said.

The company expects to firm up its plans for Hyderabad in the next couple of months and begin the project in the second half of this year.

According to Mr Kulkarni, the company currently has projects worth Rs 555 crore in various stages of implementation, whose commercial value would be more than Rs 850 crore.

It has completed several projects in Mumbai and Pune with over 15,000 satisfied customers across the country.
