Cranes Soft ties up with Kanoo Group for Dubai venture

CRANES Software International, a provider of engineering software, has entered into a joint venture with the Kanoo Group, a diversified business conglomerate in the United Arab Emirates.

The company has opened an office of Cranes Software Middle East LLC in Dubai. The company hopes to leverage the join venture to promote its products in West Asia, a company release said.

Mr Mueed Khader, Director, Cranes Software International, said, " West Asia is one of the fastest growing regions in the world and a very significant market for Cranes Software. We hope to be a key IT player in West Asia in the near future."

Mr Mishal Kanoo, Deputy Chairman of the Kanoo Group, said, "This joint venture relationship will help us promote Cranes Software's products through our strong network in West Asia."

Cranes will offer clients solutions and services in the areas of analytics, enterprise project and portfolio management, Six Sigma consulting, and enterprise applications.
