Corporate Disputes Lodha case: HC asks both parties to file citations Our Legal Correspondent
Kolkata , April 12 MR Justice P.N. Sinha of the Calcutta High Court today called both warring parties for filing their respective citation in support of the contentions already argued in the court, with reference to the criminal proceeding filed by Mr R.P. Pansari. The proceeding was against Mr R.S. Lodha, in the Alipore Court, against which Mr S.N. Prasad, one of the accused persons along with Mr Lodha, filed a criminal revision. The court gave the above stated direction in the matter. Mr Pansari had filed a criminal proceeding against Mr R.S. Lodha and his associates, in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate alleging that Lodha has committed breach of trust by grabbing the estate left behind by M.P. Birla and Priyamvada Birla. Mr Shanti Bhushan, counsel, argued the case on behalf of Mr Lodha and Mr Ram Jethmalani appeared for the Birlas.
