LG Elec sets up compressor plant

New Delhi , Nov. 26

LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd has set up its first compressor plant in the country. The company has invested $18 million in its plant at Greater Noida.

A company communiqué said, "LG will be manufacturing the reciprocating compressors in India. These will be used for both direct cool and frost-free refrigerators."
