New Products & Services Touchtel launches IVMS Our Bureau
NEW DELHI: Touchtel, the basic services brand of the Bharti Group, has announced the launch of its International Voice Messaging Service (IVMS) for its subscribers in Delhi. The service is priced at Rs 3.95 per message per minute and can deliver messages using voice as the medium to the US and Canada. All a customer has to do to send an international message is — access his Touchtel voicemail by dialling 1551 from a Touchtel phone. Next he has to enter his password and select `Option 8' which is the IVMS option. The last step is to record his destination number, which should include the country code followed by the message. The voice instructions guide him thereafter.
