The Hindu Business Line : Book on e-commerce in banking released

THE Union Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Mr Pramod Mahajan, has released a book titled `e-Commerce in Indian Banking', authored by Mr T M Bhasin, Deputy General Manager, Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC). The Chairman and Managing Director, OBC, Mr B.D. Narang, was also present at the release function.

The book elaborates on the concepts and applications of e-commerce, a segment of business that is fast catching the imagination of Indian banks.
