IT Training Corporate Results - IT Training Aptech net profit at Rs 2.34 cr Our Bureau
MUMBAI: Aptech Training Ltd has reported a net profit of Rs 2.34 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2002. According to the company, the process of restructuring for the demerger of the training division from the erstwhile Aptech Ltd (now called Hexaware Technologies Ltd) and conversion in to the company became operational on December 28, 2001. Hence, the results for the current quarter are not comparable to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net sales for the quarter were recorded at Rs 41.11 crore and other income has gone up to Rs 17 lakh. Total revenues for this quarter stood at Rs 41.28 crore. The company has reported global revenues of Rs 90.43 crore for the quarter. According to the company, its two Strategic Business Units (SBUs) - IT education and multimedia - have contributed 80 per cent and 20 per cent, respectively, to the company's total revenues for the quarter.
