Telecommunications Info-Tech - Telecommunications VSNL panel on Tata Teleservices investment meets Our Bureau
MUMBAI, Oct. 20 THE sub-committee of the board of directors of Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd, set up to look into the company's proposed investment in Tata Teleservices (TTSL), met today. The meeting discussed the investment proposal and also the report of ICICI-Securities' assessment on valuation-related issues. "What was discussed at the meeting will be put to the board of directors tomorrow," said a source in VSNL. The board meets tomorrow to consider the half-yearly results.
