Preferential Allotments Adhikari Bros allots shares to core promoters Our Bureau
MUMBAI, Oct. 6 SRI Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed the BSE that its board has allotted 1,61,000 shares to core promoters, Mr Markand Adhikari and Mr Gautam Adhikari _ 80,500 shares each. The shares were of Rs 10 each, at a premium of Rs 153 per share, an official statement said. Further, in accordance with the shareholders' sanction obtained at the EGM of May 6 for the issue of 26,20,000 preferential warrants to core promoters, convertible into an equal number of equity shares, the promoters have brought in Rs 4,27,06,000 against 10 per cent deposit towards the allotment of warrants. Following this, the warrants were allotted, the statement said.
