Silverline proposal

Our Bureau

HYDERABAD: Silverline Technologies Ltd, a software solutions company, which has drawn up plans to offer securities linked to equity shares through ADR or GDR to fund its growth plans, is set to seek shareholders' nod to increase the authorised share capital from the existing Rs135,00,00,000 to Rs190,00,00,000 by the creation of additional 5.50 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each.

It may be recalled that the board had earlier this month announced plans to raise funds up to $35 million from an overseas offering to leverage the emerging opportunities. The company has informed the BSE about its proposed move to convene a meeting on July 17.
