Standards & Benchmarks ISO 9001 for Bhima Jewellers Our Bureau
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Bhima Jewellers, leading gold, diamond and precious stones merchants in the State, has achieved the ISO 9001 certification indicating quality products and service at its Thiruvananthapuram showroom. The award was a recognition of the quality standards and consumer values the Bhima group has been upholding for the past 75 years, according to a spokesman. Launched in Alappuzha, the Bhima group later spread to Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram before venturing outside to Chennai and Bangalore. The group has since opened its outlets in Europe, the US and West Asia.
