Alliances & Joint Ventures Microsoft inks MoU with CMC Our Bureau
NEW DELHI: Microsoft Corporation India Pvt Ltd today announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with CMC Ltd. The MoU provides for both Microsoft and CMC to jointly develop future ready solutions on Microsoft's .NET platform for finance, manufacturing, Government and infrastructure sectors. A statement issued by Microsoft said that this entailed the alignment of the existing CMC infrastructure technologies on the Microsoft .NET platform and collaboration on XML standards. Mr Rajiv Kaul, Managing Director, Microsoft Corporation India Pvt Ltd, and Mr S.S.Ghosh, CEO and Managing Director, CMC Ltd, signed the MoU.
