The revised rates have been made effective from May 15. The Registrar of Companies (RoC), NCT of Delhi and Haryana, has been directed by the department to accept such cost along with the filing fee by permitting foreign companies to file statutory documents and returns. The fee for late filing of the statutory documents up to one month will be the same as normal filing fees, for delay beyond one month and up to three months - two times the normal filing fees, for beyond three months and up to six months - four times the normal filing fees. The fees for delays beyond six months and up to one year would be six times, for beyond one year and up to two years eight times and of more than two years nine times the normal filing fees respectively. According to an official release, the RoC of Delhi has been asked to ensure that revised rates of the payable and additional fees are collected from the foreign companies with effect from May 15.
