Courts/Legal Issues Writ against Phillips Carbon disposed Our Bureau
KOCHI: A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court has disposed of a writ petition filed against Phillips Carbon Black in the light of the Pollution Control Board's statement that parameters of emission were within limits. The Bench comprising Mr Chief Justice B.N. Srikrishna and Mr Justice G. Sivarajan had earlier directed the board to ensure that the online monitoring system was being calibrated properly and to monitor the emission parameters.
