ANGRAU to start new courses

HYDERABAD: Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) here will be starting two new degree courses and one post-graduation course apart from diploma courses in five disciplines from this academic year.

The new degree courses will be in commercial agriculture and agri-business management, while the PG course will be in environmental sciences. The university will start a polytechnic institute at Ramachandrapuram in East Godavari district, which will offer two-year diploma courses in seed production technology, horticulture, fisheries and poultry.
