New KPMG chief

NEW DELHI: Mr Mike Rake, 54, has been elected as Chairman of KPMG International, a worldwide professional services network. He was elected at a meeting of the KPMG International Board and Council in Tokyo and succeeds Mr Stephen G. Butler with immediate effect.

A statement issued by KPMG India said that Mr Robert W. Alspaugh, 55, was elected the Chief Executive Officer, KPMG International. Earlier, Mr Alspaugh was the Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer for the US firm.
