BSE to delist Tata SSL, Pals Distilleries

MUMBAI: THE Bombay Stock Exchange will suspend trading in equity shares of Tata SSL Ltd (TSL), a subsidiary of Tata Steel, from April 17 following the company's plans to delist the scrip from the exchange.

However, TSL's partly convertible debentures (non-convertible portion) of Rs 50 each would continue to be listed on the exchange till its redemption, the BSE said in a notice here today.

Meanwhile, the BSE said that the securities of Pals Distilleries Ltd would also be delisted from April 17 as the company had requested for the same.
