Amzel Auto EGM to take up buyback

MUMBAI, Feb. 21

AMZEL Automotive Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the EGM of the company will be held on March 19 to consider buyback of 1,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company at a price of Rs 43 per share through tender offer from its free reserves.

The aggregate consideration for the shares bought back shall not exceed 25 per cent of the paid-up capital and free reserves of the company.
