Hyderabad Feb. 23 Online ticketing and travel services provider Yatra.com has partnered with over 50 plus international airliners to offer global ticketing solutions and is targeting revenues of $120 million by year-end.

The company has launched a social networking site raahi.com that aggregates content related to travel advisory and other support functions.

Lufthansa, Virgin, Gulf Air, Singapore Airlines, Thai are among partners for international ticketing.

The co-founder and Director of Yatra.com, Mr Dhruv Shringi, said "since launch in September 2006, the company has made significant strides and now averaging transactions of over $5 million a month. With recent international tie-ups, we expect this to go up and we are targeting $120 million by 2007-end."

Mr Shringi said the company had received funding from Norwest Venture Partners (NVP), a venture capital firm of Promod Haque, Reliance Capital (Anil Ambani) and TV 18 group.

"The online ticketing industry in India is estimated at about $1.3 billion and continues to grow at a fast clip. The partnership with over 55 airliners would help us grow rapidly in the marketplace," he explained.
