Revathi Equip buys majority stake in Bangalore co

Coimbatore Feb. 9 Coimbatore-based Revathi Equipment Limited has acquired an engineering design solutions company for Rs 30 crore.

In a notification to the NSE, the company said that it has acquired 40 per cent stake in the equity capital of Potential Service Consultants Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, that provides engineering design solutions in the construction industry.

Revathi Equipment has also agreed to acquire another 11 per cent of equity of Potential Service Consultants on a pre-agreed basis of valuation on July 31, 2009.
