Kochi, Dec 18

Geepas International plans to open five consumer care centres across Kerala by the end of this month at Kochi, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur and Kannur. This is the first time that the company is setting up customer care centres in India, according to a release.

Its products under the brand name Geepas are already available in the country at leading outlets and service was extended by the franchisees. Now, the direct after-sales service centres will help the company to focus on more precise, quick and quality service to all its customers, the release said.
