Dawnay, Day International Ltd (DDI) has appointed Ms Alka Bali as Director. DDI is the holding company of the London head quartered Dawnay, Day Group's financial services activities.

Prior to this, Ms Bali was a Senior Director at Close Brothers Corporate Finance and led the leisure and retail advisory practice. "In her new role, Ms Bali will be at the forefront of developing DDI's activities in the UK, Europe and India," said Mr Guy Naggar, Principal of DDI.
