Red Hat partners with Satyam

Open source software company Red Hat today announced strategic partnership with IT services provider Satyam Computer Services Ltd that would pave the way for a Centre of Excellence (COE) and Open Source Lab in Bangalore for developing business solutions on Red Hat and JBoss platforms.

The President and Managing Director, Red Hat India, Mr Nandu Pradhan, in a statement today said: "This partnership will allow Satyam and Red Hat to collaborate more deeply on projects. The Open Source Centre of Excellence will be an excellent showcase for customers looking at open source as well."
