To head Integreon unit

Integreon has appointed Mr Matthew Banks to head its legal process outsourcing division for India operations. Prior to this, he was CEO and co-founder of ALMT Synergies, a legal outsourcing company in London, Mumbai and Bangalore.

The company has recently announced setting up of a legal process outsourcing centre in Delhi for Clifford Chance. The facility is expected to have a capacity of 600 people. However, the company would also set up its office which would take care of outsourcing clients with an initial capacity of 150 people which will go up to 500 in over a year's time.
