Dr Reddy's Laboratories today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Torrent Pharmaceuticals for exclusive commercialisation of two of Torrent's brands in Russia. Listril (Lisinopril) and Listril Plus (Lisinopril HCTZ), both cardiovascular drugs, are used in the treatment of high blood pressure, the company told the BSE in a notification. The two brands would add to the stable of cardiovascular drugs that Dr Reddy's currently offers in Russia. The agreement offers the potential for immediate commercialisation of these two brands, as they have already been registered in Russia.
