Omaxe to develop housing project

Omaxe has announced the development of its housing project The Forest-Delhi NCR, Surajkund. The 14.5-acre project includes 294 apartments and 12 penthouses.

The four and five-bedroom apartments will be priced at Rs 1.8 crore onwards and will be spread over an area of 3,000-5,200 sq. ft. The penthouses with 5,500 sq. ft. and 6,500 sq. ft. super built-up area will be priced at Rs 3.35 crore onwards. It will also consist of penthouses spread over 8,500 sq. ft. that will come with a price tag of Rs 5.2 crore.
