Megasoft Ltd has recorded revenues of Rs 49.92 crore and a net profit of Rs 9.62 crore for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006, as against revenues of Rs 29.76 crore and a net profit of Rs 6.13 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.

This reflects a growth of 44 per cent in revenues and 57 per cent in net profit over the corresponding quarter last year. The product revenues contributed Rs 20.51 crore up from Rs 10.99 crore. The company added three telecom clients during the quarter.
