Offer letters at Managemantra

About 260 offer letters were issued to over 200 students from 40 management institutes in South India at `Managemantra 2006,' according to a press release. Organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Cerebrus Consultants, Managemantra 2006 was an annual two-day event aimed at spotting and showcasing young managerial talent. About 15 companies including HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, Bharti Tele-ventures, Office Tiger and Scope International Ltd recruited students. Over 400 students undertook tests on intelligence quotient (IQ), emotional quotient (EQ) and social skills besides principles of management and business fundamentals.
