IT solutions provider Virtusa Corporation has signed up with U21Global, an online graduate school, for advanced global business leadership learning to Virtusa employees worldwide.

This partnership will enable its managers access top quality higher education while carrying on their professional careers and is aimed at developing universal competencies and business strategy skills.

The Chief Executive Officer of Virtusa, Mr Kris Canekaratne, said "we have chosen U21Global for management development based on its evolved pedagogy and robust infrastructure to deliver business strategy learning to a globally dispersed team of experienced leaders."

Unlike other academic alliances, this programme has been developed and designed exclusively for Virtusa, to be delivered to learning communities virtually and supplemented with blended learning options.
