Quantum Corp announced the availability of a set of development tools designed to give application providers the ability to customise the way their applications interact with its StorNextdata management software.

With the StorNext Application Programming Interface (API) v1.0, developers can build calls into StorNext and drive specific operating behaviour tuned to individual solution needs.
