Lee Cooper in JV with Indus League

Lee Cooper Group Ltd has formed a 50:50 joint venture with Indus League Clothing Ltd, a Future Group company, to hold an exclusive license to market Lee Cooper's products in India. The business of the joint venture will be to develop lifestyle and fashion products under the Lee Cooper brand in India.

The joint venture will engage in wholesale and retail franchising activities for the purpose of marketing and distributing products of the Lee Cooper brand. The joint venture shall also undertake retailing of Lee Cooper brand products subject to necessary approvals.
