Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 19

The Sree Uthradom Tirunal (SUT) Hospital will hold a three-day cardiac camp, `Heart-2-Heart', from Friday (September 22) to commemorate the World Heart Day. The camp is being held in the context of high incidence of heart diseases among the middle-aged in the State. It seeks to highlight the need for maintaining a healthy life style to bring down the risk from heart conditions.

The camp will throw light on heart functions and diseases, preventive measures and treatment facilities. An expert team of cardiologists from the Dr K. N. Pai Heart Foundation will conduct the proceedings. Registrations can be made over telephone 2446220 and 2447566.
