Following the order of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, Novopan Industries Ltd is holding a meet of its shareholders on September 29 for considering and approving the proposed scheme of arrangement with GVK Petrochemicals Pvt Ltd and GVK Novopan Industries Pvt Ltd and also amalgamation of Novofurniture Pvt Ltd with the company.
