Farm imports

This is with reference to `Govt overrules ICAR objections on wheat import norms' (Business Line, September 11): This is most unfortunate. This could have two affects — health hazards and entry of new pests. In fact, we have to improve our testing procedure. When other countries reject imports of farm products for pesticide presence and so on, why shouldn't we?
