Bajaj Auto expands board

Mumbai, Sept. 9

Bajaj Auto has expanded the company's board by adding two additional directors. The new directors are Mr Niraj Bajaj, Managing Director, Mukand Ltd, and Mr P. Murali, a retired civil servant.

Appointment of both the directors were approved by the company's board at its meeting held on Saturday. With two additional members, the strength of the board has gone up to 16. Company officials were not available to comment on the decision to add more directors.
