T-bill auctions announced

The Reserve Bank of India has announced a multiple price auction of 91-day and 364-day T-Bills on September 13 for raising Rs 4,000 crore.

The notified amount for the 91-day Treasury bills is Rs 2,000 crore, of which Rs 1,500 crore will be under Market Stabilisation Scheme (MSS). The notified amount for the 364-day Treasury bills is Rs 2,000 crore, of which Rs 1,000 crore will be under MSS.

The allocation to the non-competitive bidders will be outside the notified amount at the discretion of the RBI.
