Scope launches excellence centre

Chennai, Sept. 7

Scope International, a Chennai-based wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Chartered, has launched its Network Centre of Excellence.

The centre, part of the technical services team at the IT service centre, was set up to arrest and reduce service impact to Standard Chartered customers.

Acting as the single-point monitoring hub for the group's network system, the centre's capabilities will enable Standard Chartered to fix network malfunction even before the customer is able to sense any fault in their service experience with the bank, says a Scope press release.
